By purchasing a character/design from me, you agree to the terms listed below.GENERAL TERMS:
- Payment must be completed within two weeks via Ko-Fi or PayPal in €
- You can choose where your character will be from the name of the place to a general type of place (Beach, mountain, city, sunset, ect...) or provide me a picture YOU took that you would like to be in the background ! If you want a place name from my universe, it will be a pleasure to integrate your character(s) in ! Feel free to choose one !
- You must be at least 18 years old to purchase an artwork from me
- Note that if it's a complex design, there will be additional costs that we'll discuss together before I start
- I will start working after the payment has been made in full
- You can ask for 1 adjustment after that, the sale is final, no refunds after I started working
- The purchased design is for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited
- There will be a watermark, but don't worry, I can place it around the character, just do not remove it
- All work is credited to me and may not be claimed as your own
- The standard size of a piece is 2048x2048, tell me if you need a higher resolution
- I have the right to refuse your commission for any reasonsYou CAN'T:
- Create and/or sell duplicates of the design
- Claim my art as your ownYou CAN:
- Make edits to the design after the purchase. (Please still credit me as the maker of the original design)
- Resell or trade the design. Please do not resell the design itself for more than what you originally paid for it
